Where do you ship?
Everywhere. We ship internationally so no matter where you are, 2 Tone can get to you. Just note that orders outside the US may have additional customs or duties depending on your country that's on your end, not ours.
How fast do you ship?
We move fast. Orders are shipped daily so within 24–48 hours of placing your order, it's on its way. The only exception is Sunday, since the post office takes the day off.
When will my order arrive?
For US orders, expect your package in 3–5 days once it ships. Occasionally the post office causes delays on their end if that happens, your tracking link will have the most up to date info.
Do I get tracking?
Always. You'll get an order confirmation the second you check out, and a tracking number sent to your email within 24–48 hours once your order ships. Keep an eye on your inbox and your spam folder just in case.
Can I return or exchange my order?
