Thank you for shopping with 2 Tone Apparel LLC. We appreciate your business and want you to feel confident in every purchase. Please review our policy below for returns and refunds.

Return Policy

At 2 Tone Apparel, we gladly accept returns for any reason within 25 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

  • Tags and packaging must be intact

  • Returns must be requested within the 25-day window

  • ITEM MUST BE RETURNED TO US, CONTACT US

To start a return, email us at 2tonecustomerservice@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions upon approval.

Important Notes:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect

  • Our garments are made from 100% cotton. To maintain the best fit, please follow the washing instructions listed on the product page.  We are not liable if clothes shrink

 

  • We do not accept returns after 25 days

  • Sale items, clearance items, and gift cards are non-returnable

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • You received the wrong item (incorrect size, color, or product)

To request a refund, please contact us within 25 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos clearly showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

  • If Item is damaged by the buyer we are not liable.

Once your claim is approved, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to process.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Returns made for reasons other than damage, incorrect items, or incorrect sizes

  • Items returned after 25 days

  • Items that are worn, washed, or not in original condition

  • Sale or clearance items

  • If in product description it says to hang dry and the clothes shrink we are not responsible for the shrinkage we use 100% pre shrunk cotton however it can still shrink so read the product description for washing instructions.
